Silverlode’s client Edwards Companies was awarded $33 million in Ohio TMUD tax credits for their $377 million Capitol Square Renaissance project in downtown Columbus. The mixed-use project will transform the Capitol Square region through construction or redevelopment of five buildings and create unique park space in the form of an open-air elevated walkway. Silverlode is proud to have provided economic impact analyses to support our client’s application.
Cleveland Clinic is one of the largest health systems in the U.S., with over 74,000 employees and 13.7 million annual outpatient visits. Silverlode has provided over a dozen economic impact studies to Cleveland Clinic over the past 15 years. The health system uses the findings from Silverlode's analyses to communicate its tremendous economic and fiscal impacts with the community, government entities, and other stakeholders.
